5th season's biggest changes

This season of Future Heroes will be super unique and different from the previous ones! Here are some major changes that are awaiting you this year:

Going online

This season, most of the workshops will be taking place online and there will be only 4 personal meetings. We've made this decision, because this year we are mostly looking for girls from small, distant towns of Estonia and for them to take a bus, train or even ferry to Tallinn every other Saturday can be quite problematic. Also the situation with COVID-19 is still unstable and we want to make sure that even if we get locked down at our homes, the program won't get cancelled.

Focusing on self-development

All the previous seasons we were mostly talking about you as a team member, but now we want to focus on you as an individual. We will be talking about your development as a person, entrepreneur and a leader, so already during the first workshop you'll take a personality test and discover a lot of new things about your strongest sides and weaker points!

Support system

This year, big sisters want to be even closer to participants, so you'll feel a great support from them. If you don't have skills to fulfill a task, you are missing deadlines or you have problems with your teammates, you can always talk to a big sister and they'll try to help you and solve all the problems.

Target group

We are looking for courageous and passionate girls from all around Estonia. You don't have to have any particular background, so if Future Heroes is your first major project, it will be our honor! The only restriction is age: you have to be 15-19 years old and able to communicate in English. Also, it will be good if you have a computer, tablet or phone and stable Internet connection (contact us if you don't).
